Position: Web Developer
Job Summary:
The Web Developer will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of NFA’s web-based systems, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, secure, and aligned with NFA’s digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications for NFA.
- Ensure the security and integrity of web systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate content and services into the web platforms.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
- Monitor and fix bugs, troubleshoot website and server issues.
- Maintain backups and version control of web assets.
- Generate web analytics reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and data protection standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in web development.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP/Python, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, and server environments (Linux-based preferred).
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
